The Thomas Eel wiggler is one deadly little lure!  Jewelry quality plated finishes and bright painted finishes, along with the double eyes, create a flashy spoon no hungry trout can resist.  It is also highly effective for all other small game fish, including panfish.  This lure should be fished at a slow rate of retrieve with a stop and go action.  A sharp twitch of the rod tip really drives ’em wild!  The Eel is also popular for ice jigging.  Made in the U.S.A.
