I’ve been printing for a few years now, and running into ripped game models happens more often than I’d like, usually with messy geometry or no support optimization. For my own sanity I avoid those completely because they often fail halfway through or need so much repair it’s not worth it. That said, I’ve found solid, legit alternatives on https://www.gambody.com/ where the files are clearly built from scratch for printing, and the difference in reliability is night and day. Even if a ripped file prints fine once, you never know if the next one will waste your filament or damage your printer, so sticking to properly made models saves time and money in the long run.
