I realized this morning that even though I live alone, I still habitually close my browser if the delivery guy just knocks on my door. It’s absurd! We waste so much energy trying to appear "sterile" when we’re all adults with the same natural interests. As an experiment, I’ve decided to stop hiding my habits and even bookmarked

in my regular browser so I don't have to go on a scavenger hunt every time. And honestly? My background anxiety has dropped significantly. When you stop treating your habits like a "terrible secret," you finally start feeling truly free. Has anyone else tried this path of radical honesty with themselves?

I popped into this section while looking for reviews on air humidifiers and ended up getting sucked into this thread. It’s fascinating to see how attitudes toward privacy are evolving. It used to be such a taboo, but now it seems people just want to be themselves without wasting energy on pretension. I guess that’s a sign of a mature society—when private matters stay private but don't cause unnecessary guilt. Heading back to my appliance research now, but this was a very insightful discussion. Have a great evening, everyone!
